Don’t start sentences with “It’s difficult”

When we use the term “it’s difficult” before we even start talking about something it changes the way we think about it, in a negative way. Change how you describe things and see if it helps 🙂

Self Image-How do you see yourself?

How to improve your self image. Look to a trusted advisor or someone that has never met you and it have them give you an opinion on how they see you. Often times this is enough to get us out of a rut and see ourselves in a different light.
