Happy #RollingMotivationMonday. The proof is in the pudding, meaning if you want people to perceive you differently you need to change your behavior. In this video I tell a story about how a friend didn’t believe that I could have a short conversation. When you look at the facts I’ve never had a short conversation with her. So if I want to change that I have to change what she sees. In essence I have to prove that I can change the behavior.

Pay attention to how others treat you, you can learn a lot about how not to treat other people. This video is about paying attention to how people treat you and their behaviors. We don’t have time to make all the mistakes yourself so you need to pay attention to other people’s behavior and learn from it to make yourself more effective and hopefully a better communicator in general.

Do you find it interesting when we want something and we have a time line that we needed it off it doesn’t show up. However, once we move on and forget about it that thing shows up and it was even better timed then we had originally planned. Patience & Timing go hand in hand 🙂
This is my 30th video in 30 days committing to this a month ago I didn’t think I was going to make so many changes personally and professionally. We all have a process around procrastination. Write that process down and you will become aware of it. When you become aware of it you can recognize it and change it.
So many people talk about where they got education from and that it’s important who teaches the education. And that is true to some extent but education will only be valuable if you use it and apply it. If you pay for something and never use the skills you learn it’s useless.
